Complaint Centre
Every complaint receives a reference number in the format KRD-2040-000001. Enter that number on the Track Complaint page to see the current status, the assigned department, the expected resolution date and the full status timeline.
No. Location helps the right team reach the right place, but it is never forced. You can allow the browser to detect your location, drop a pin on the map yourself, type an address, or submit without any location at all.
No. Name, phone and email are optional. Providing them only lets the department contact you for clarification or confirm the resolution with you directly.
Energy Portal
Grid dependence is the share of the city's electricity demand met by importing power from the external grid, rather than by its own solar, RDF and stored generation. Lowering it is one of the central goals of the 2040 roadmap.
Fuel Portal — RDF
RDF stands for Refuse Derived Fuel. Residual waste that cannot be composted or recycled is shredded, dried and processed into a fuel with a usable calorific value. The Fuel Portal tracks the residual waste received, the quantity of RDF produced, its quality grade and the running inventory.
About the platform
KARDIA is an integrated urban sustainability platform. It brings waste collection, RDF fuel recovery, energy generation and consumption, EV transport and environmental monitoring into one place so the city can act on a single, shared picture rather than five disconnected ones.
No. This build is a working prototype prepared for demonstration. Every operational figure - waste tonnage, generation, AQI, charging sessions - is simulated sample data, and it is labelled as such throughout the interface. The architecture is designed so these feeds can be replaced by real IoT sensors, SCADA systems and government data sources without changing the application logic.
Transport Portal
V2G lets a parked electric vehicle discharge part of its battery back into the grid during peak demand, then recharge when demand and tariffs fall. Across a fleet this becomes meaningful distributed storage capacity for the city.
Waste Portal
Points are credited against verified waste contributed by a registered household or institution. Properly segregated waste earns the full rate, partially segregated waste earns a reduced rate, and mixed waste earns the lowest. Points accumulate on the contributor record and can be redeemed for rewards.
The Waste Portal compares actual contribution against the monthly target for each contributor. Where there is a shortfall, a penalty record is raised showing the required quantity, the actual quantity, the shortfall and the compliance percentage. Penalties can be notified, paid or waived by the administration.
